we know that our people are being marginalized in Nigeria, but what we are doing now is just targeting on us, many of our people are living from hand to mouth which they have to sell their farm produce every day before they can get their daily bread, they have to fries and sell their Akara before they can eat in a day. Which is any day they don't go to work or go to market it's obvious there will be no food on the table that day.
Those people who are compelling you to sit-at-home will not provide for your various needs. let me tell you nothing but the truth, most of these people telling you to sit-at-home are living abroad while some are living in cities like Abuja, Lagos or kano they do go to their works on Monday and they are here telling us not to go to our own works,
Believe me those people living in the city don't know that people in Anambra, Enugu, Abia, Ebonyi, and Imo don't go to works on Mondays because they go to work on Mondays and anyday they forced you to sit-at-home.
Therefore we can not be hurting ourselves in the name that we are helping ourselves out, so I am using this opportunity to appeal to the youths of Igboland, let's always use our brain in a matter like this so that we can not be doing to ourselves what that will hurt us because this thing we are doing can't lead us to anywhere.
There's never anywhere it's written that people that are fighting for freedom get it by sitting at home, Israel surrounded by enemies in the whole of Middle East never sat at home anyday thinking that if they sit-at-home their enemies will run away, perhaps they go out after their enemies, but here we are our own enemies, we killed people in Anambra, we killed people in Abia, we killed people in Imo, we killed people in Ebonyi, we killed people in Enugu and because we killing ourselves, others are also killing us.
And I want to also use the opportunity to convene messages to our people... It is time to stop killing ourselves, It's time to stop hurting ourselves. We need to go back to the drawing board to know how we can liberate ourselves without violence. For three years, we chose violence, fighting to liberate our people because we had cause to do that but looking back 3 million Biafrans people were killed yet we didn't get Biafra.
We can't go through that process again because if it is that easy to get Independence by fighting we could have gotten it by then because we have people who are more determined then, our people are in Nigeria Army but they fought against Nigeria in favour of Biafra, therefore, if we could not get Biafra by fighting then we can not get it by fighting now.
We can only get Biafra now by negotiation and dialogue.
