Now it is obvious that Maria Ude Nwachi is one of the few fans who is backing Whitemoney to continue the pursuit of his music career.

Here is what Maria Ude Nwachi post on his Facebook page.

She wrote: There has been a lot of harsh criticism concerning Whitemoney's new song. I love Whitemoney, obviously, but one thing I can never be caught doing on this earth, especially at my age, is to get fake excitement over what I am not excited about. Good a thing my followers know that I wear my excitements on my sleeve, it cannot be faked, I can't even dare such. Many have been out there hitting WH had over the song. Even some of his fans have expressed displeasure over the song.

Lemme just say this..

The 1st time I saw Whitemoney in the studio with Masterkraft, I went to bed happy that a banger is coming up. Masterkraft should also take some responsibility for this. Guys, with ready-made beats out there, anyone can sing a banger. Masterkraft should have taken Whitemoney's fun personality into account and given us a fun song that can even wake the dead up. Good songs don't have enemies. If it's good, it advertises itself and everyone will love it.

You don't gotta be a Davido to give us a banger with what these DJs and producers can cook up in the studios these days. You just gotta have the ears to know which beat will have people going nuts...which to me is easy to know as water no get enemy..

The 1st time I heard and saw Levels by Flavour there was something missing in that song. It had Whitemoney written all over it, and Whitemoney was the missing link. So why couldn't Masterkraft give us something like that from Whitemoney....?

Another thing, music is not an avenue to inspire via sappy lyrics. Give us a hit, then if the lyrics are good too na jara. But no matter how good a lyric is if the beat ain't skipping our hearts, e don marra. People are moved by the beats and arrangements than what is being said in the song. Most songs that get you crazy, you don't know what it is saying self. Real inspiration wey dey makes us forget our problems na good beat, whether e slow or fast, we game.

There is a song called Yaba Buluku, a collab by Burnaboy, and an SA DJ, if I don't write out what they are singing all you will hear is Odogwu, but I can listen to that song 100 times straight. You go crazy once it is played right? Why? Beats and arrangements. That was all be made possible in a studio.

I used to dislike and fear Burnaboy because of the way he always comes hard at people. My brethren, since that song, I still dey fear him but I love him now. I will be loving him from afar. This shows you that a good song can turn water into wine and turn anything to love.

As someone (Nneoma Ehirim) said on the last screenshot: na beats from producers be music ooo, no be wetin you sing.

In my youth, decades ago, a DJ who loves how I dance approached me in the best NYC nightclub then, offered me some mouth-watering money, took me into a studio, and came out with a dance hit....I will post on that later, this song took me to some parts of Europe and it was a hit, made me some millions of dollars with just that one song, with various versions. Na studio things. No rocket science. Decades ago ooo, now imagine the technology out there are now.....

Guys all these big time musicians in Naija and beyond just stay in bed and pick ready make badarse beats and add lyrics and boom it's a banger!

Whitemoney should not quit music but should get a producer that will help him give us what we need from him. Give us something that matches his fun personality where we can all do his signature dance moves with him.

People, this is Whitemoney's 1st official music outing since he became a star. Don't count him out. Be patient, please.

Whitemoney, let the harsh reviews work for you. Let it make you wanna do better, let it make you say, I am gonna land a heavy one on the next song. And you will see, once you give us a banger, a crowd please, everything else will be erased. Never you be deterred, you belong in the music industry. It is written all over you. With a good producer, you will kill it. And we will all support because a good song, like water, no get enemy.

A renowned "Certified Financial Education Instructor", Jennifer Awirigwe throws more light on MTN share, recalling that MTN announced the price of its initial public offering to retail investors.

The company made 575 million of its shares available to the public at N169 per unit.

Sales begin on December 1 and will close on December 14. It is the first time the company will invite subscriptions from the public nearly two years after it debuted on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX).

According to Jennifer Awirigwe: I really love that Nigerians are taking advantage of this MTN offer.

But I feel that some of us are doing it blindly, we don’t understand what we are doing.

Please here are a few things to note:

1. Shares investment comes with it’s own risk.

You can’t predict what you will gain or lose.

This is because prices are volatile.

The stock price goes up and down.

We are buying MTN N169 now, don’t be surprised if one day you wake up and it will be N150 or less.

The same way you can wake up One day and it’s N300 or more.

That is why I preach long-term investing.

So far you are investing in a good company, in the long run, we will be fine.

So if the price of the stock you hold drops, don’t worry, remember we are investing to hold for years.

It will go back up.

2. Stock is not an investment you make and start asking for the ROI.

Please it’s not the type of investment that pays you a particular amount like fixed-income investments.

You make money in two ways.

a. Through dividends

When companies make a profit, they can decide to pay out part of the profit to the people that invested in them.

The amount you get is determined by the number of shares you have.

If the dividend is N5 per share

And you have 10 shares, which means you will get a total of N50 (N5 x 10)

Someone that has 50 units will get a total of N250 (N5 x 50)

So the more units you have, the more dividends you will get.

If you want the dividend to carry weight, then buy more units of the shares.

b. You make money when you sell at a price higher than what you bought.

We are buying MTN now at N169

If one day the price gets to N200

You can sell off and take your profit.

That is you don make a profit of N29 per share.

So multiply that by the number of shares you have.

3. When it comes to MTN and other investments, the quantity you buy depends on you and your unique circumstances.

If you can afford to buy 1M units, good for you.

If you can buy only 100units, good for you.

No do pass yourself.

Just ensure that you don’t throw a bulk of your net worth into one investment.

Just to avoid HBP if something goes wrong.

Note that the weight of your investment determines the volume of your returns.

4. Make the decision on whether to invest or not based on analysis

So decide for yourself and don’t chook head just because it seems like the whole of Nigeria is buying.

Hope this is helpful.
