The winger becomes the latest player to withdraw from the England squad.

After testing positive for Covid-19, Arsenal's Bukayo Saka has been dropped out of the England squad.
Saka has returned home after spending the last three days in isolation at the Three Lions' camp.
"Bukayo Saka has left the England camp after testing positive for COVID-19," the Football Association said in a statement.
Since Wednesday, the Arsenal player has been separated from the rest of the team at St. George's Park and has now returned home.
"No further replacements are planned with a squad of 24 in place for the forthcoming fixtures against Switzerland on Saturday and Côte d'Ivoire on Tuesday at Wembley."
For the next international friendlies against Switzerland and Ivory Coast, manager Gareth Southgate is not anticipated to call up any substitutes.
Fraser Forster, Tyrick Mitchell, Kyle Walker-Peters, and Ollie Watkins have been brought in to take their places.
