Osinachi's husband Peter Nwachukwu has been arrested by the police over the death of his wife.
His arrest was in line with the numerous accusing fingers pointed at him by some of Osinachi’s colleagues that he was the one that beat her to death.
Remember, In a live Instagram video that Frank Edwards, a popular Nigerian gospel singer had also alleged that Osinachi’s husband abused her on several occasions.
Amid this, a police source revealed that Peter was arrested on Sunday afternoon.
The source said, “A young man who claimed to be a relative of the late woman came to report the matter at the station and the police went to arrest him at his residence.”
Josephine Adeh the FCT Police Public Relations Officer, confirmed the development, in her word: “He is now in our custody. The younger brother of the deceased reported the matter and we have commenced an investigation.”
